Amalgamated Instrument Co Pty Ltd (AIC) has just released a datalogging feature for its extensive panel mount range of monitors.
The datalogger is available in 2 configurations.
The PM4-DL is built as a standalone panel mount product and PM4-OPT-DL is built as an option for existing models of PM4 panel mount monitors. The PM4-OPT-DL fits into the same enclosure as the base instrument. Both styles are available with 1M or 2M of storage.
The dataloggers can take data from up to 8 channels. These can be 8 separate instruments or mutiple channels from products that offer several channels of information. An example of the latter is the PM4-PH which has both pH & temperature information that can be logged.
The PM6-IV configurable panel indicator has been replaced with the PM6-IE.
The new model offers the same flexibility and ease of configuration with several enhancements and at an unchanged price.
The PM6-IE features up to 16 linearising points, a programmable remote input and a useful visual indication of a high or low setpoint. The display can be programmed to flash the value when particular values are reached.
The PM6-IE is an economical solution for those applications where a highly visible indicator is required for an analog input.
A new model in the PM6 range of economical panel indicators is available for RTD temperature sensor input.
The new model (PM6-RT) accepts 2-wire or 3-wire RTD sensors (Pt100 or Pt 1000) and can be configured to read in degrees Celsius, Fahrenheit or Absolute.
The PM6-RT features a programmable remote input and a useful visual indication of a preset high or low temperature. The display can be programmed to flash the temperature when the particular value is reached.
The PM6-RT is an economical solution for those applications where a highly visible indicator is required for a RTD temperature sensor input.
Another new model in the PM6 range of economical panel indicators is available for slidewire (potentiometer) input.
This model (PM6-SW) accepts a 3-wire slidewire (potentiometer) input with ranges 0-1kΩ to 0-1MΩ and can be scaled to the engineering units required such as "% Open" or "mm".
The PM6-SW features a programmable remote input and a useful visual indication of a preset high or low value of the units being measured. The display can be programmed to flash the value when the particular limit is reached.
