To further enhance our ability to offer complete and timely information AIC has decided to make its price lists available via the Internet. The price lists are valid from July 2003 but you are urged to contact AIC for confirmation on prices for imported products. The price lists will also be updated as new products become available.

We would also like to, again, encourage you to please take the time to complete our very short quality survey. The survey is designed to gather feedback about various aspects of AIC products and services. From the feedback we will seek to improve areas of our operations that you, our customers, feel could be improved.

Amalgamated Instrument Co Pty Ltd has achieved accreditation to AS/NZS ISO 9001:2000. AIC has long had accreditation under AS/NZS ISO 9001 and has "Quality Endorsed Company" status with licence number QEC6187.
The status and licence number remain the same under the new accreditation.
AIC undertook a rigorous audit of its quality systems in all areas including manufacturing, support, quality reporting and feedback gathering and analysis.
In all areas, AIC passed with "flying colours". This success was confirmed by independent external audit and the certification was issued.
AIC's documentation will be updated to reflect the new certification.
Amalgamated Instrument Co Pty Ltd will shut down over the Australian holiday period in December 2003 and January 2004.
We will close at the end of trading on Tuesday, December 23rd 2003 and reopen on Monday, 12th January 2004.
Please ensure that orders required by the shutdown date are placed with AIC as soon as practicable. Some of AIC's staff will take further leave in January 2004 and this needs to be kept in mind when scheduling product orders.
