Customer and Product Support

	Alan is the frontline support for customers and dealers. He tests and evaluates AIC's new products and develops the support documentation. Alan is also part of the AIC sales team.
	Peter is Alan's backup. He also has responsibility for AIC's Internet presence, EMC compliance and editorials. Peter is also part of the AIC sales team.
